Not yet. Fixed layout is what illustrated books, children's picture books and some cookbooks need — the page is a designed unit and the text sits where you put it. It is a different document model rather than a setting, so rather than produce something that half works we do not offer it. Everything here is reflowable, which is right for novels and most non-fiction.

Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Barnes & Noble, Draft2Digital, most library systems, and any e-reader that opens EPUB. For Amazon specifically, the Kindle formatter is a better fit — it also gives you a Word file for Kindle Create.

Yes. Each chapter becomes its own section with a table-of-contents entry, so readers can jump between chapters and progress tracking works. Chapters you wrote as plain bold paragraphs are detected too.

Partly, and we would rather be precise than reassuring. Proper heading structure and a real navigation document — which this produces — are the foundation of an accessible ebook and are what screen readers rely on to move through a book. Full conformance also involves declared accessibility metadata and alt text for images, which we do not generate yet. If you need to make an accessibility claim on a store listing, this is not sufficient on its own.
